Who we are
Multinational Law Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13996738), with its registered office at 5 Canning Place, London W8 5AJ.
We act as your outsourced in-house legal department, offering flexibility, solid support and experienced senior counsel across multiple jurisdictions. Multinational Law Limited is not itself a law firm and is not authorised or regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Our network of lawyers
Our work is delivered by a network of independent, highly qualified senior lawyers, each with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE). They include attorneys admitted in New York, solicitors of England and Wales, avocats in France, Rechtsanwälte in Germany, and counsel qualified in other jurisdictions. All are multilingual, which allows them to provide highly valuable cross-border support. Each lawyer practises under the professional rules of the bar or regulator that admitted them. They act independently and do not form a partnership or law firm with one another or with Multinational Law Limited.
Our services
We also provide local directors and company secretaries in EMEA jurisdictions, and employer of record (EOR) solutions across EMEA, APAC and ROW, in some cases acting as the employer of record ourselves. We train legal departments, and junior and senior lawyers, on specialised and technical international matters, and on specific regulatory matters and compliance.
